Food & Beverage Items
Due to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, all food and beverage items are final sale and non-returnable.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for food products once they have been shipped or delivered.

• You received an incorrect item

Apparel & Non-Food Items
We accept returns or exchanges for apparel and non-food items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Items must be in original condition, with tags attached (if applicable)
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds, once approved, will be issued to the original payment method. For orders paid via non-refundable payment methods, refunds will be processed via an alternative method.
